- Dr Claire Lee is a qualified music therapist as well as a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar. She has extensive experience working in acute and subacute hospital settings, community and private practice as a psychologist and music therapist. She completed a M Psych (Clinical Neuropsychology)/PhD from the University of Melbourne (awarded in 2014) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Association. Since 2015, Claire has been working as a full-time postdoctoral research fellow on an Australian Research Council – Discovery Project examining the effect of songwriting in patients with acquired brain injury and spinal cord injury as part of A/Prof Felicity Baker’s research team. She holds an honorary staff position at Austin Health and is currently conducting the first phase of this study across four sites (Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre, Kingston Centre, Epworth and Caulfield Hospital).
