  • Graham Priest is Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at the Graduate Center, City University of New York (US). He is also Boyce Gibson Professor Emeritus at the University of Melbourne (Australia). He works in many areas, including metaphysics, the history of philosophy, and Asian philosophy, but is best known for his work on philosophical logic – especially paraconsistent logic. He is the author of over 200 papers, and books including In Contradiction (2nd ed. OUP, 2006), Beyond the Limits of Thought (2nd ed. OUP, 2002), Towards Non-Being (OUP, 2005), Doubt Truth to be a Liar (OUP, 2006) and Introduction to Non-Classical Logic (2nd ed. CUP, 2008). One (OUP, 2014).
