  • Damon Young is a philosopher and author, and winner of the Australasian Association of Philosophy media prize. His books include How to Think About Exercise (2014, Pan Macmillan), Philosophy in the Garden (2013, MUP), and Distraction (2008, MUP). Damon is also the editor, with Graham Priest, of Martial Arts and Philosophy: Beating and Nothingness (2010, Open Court) and Philosophy and the Martial Arts (2014, Routledge) Young is a popular ABC radio guest, and writes regularly for newspapers, including The Age, The Guardian and The Australian. He has also published short fiction, poetry and a children's book: My Nanna is a Ninja (2014).
