  • Melody Anderson is a lecturer in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education at the University of Melbourne. She has worked in the field of primary education for thirty years covering a range of roles as a primary classroom practitioner as well as teaching in the University sector. Melody's research focuses upon pre-service teacher education and also the professionalisation and socialisation of graduate teachers.

    Melody is the Program Coordinator for the MGSE Master of Teaching (Primary) program. Melody has oversight of the program, liaising with the Dean and the Director of Learning and Teaching, the Professional Practice Academic Coordinator and the Education Student Centre to monitor, support and review the program to ensure its ongoing quality and success.

  • Melody Anderson is a lecturer in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education at the University of Melbourne. She has worked in the field of primary education for thirty years covering a range of roles as a primary classroom practitioner as well as teaching in the University sector.

    Melody's research focuses upon the professionalisation and socialisation of graduate teachers as well as pre-service teacher education. Melody's research is mainly qualitative and her expertise extends to phenomenological methods and analysis.
