  • Professor Danny Liew has an honorary appointment at the Department of Medicine (Royal Melbourne Hospital), and is the current Chair in Clinical Outcomes Research at the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Monash University.

    He was previously the Chair in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Melbourne, and inaugural Director of the Melbourne EpiCentre (Collaborative Centre for Clinical Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Health Services Research) based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. 

    Professor Liew's research interests lie in clinical epidemiology (including clinical trials), health services research and health economics, especially in the areas of chronic diseases and therapeutics.
