Supervision Statement
- I am currently focussed on the microbial ecology of agricultural landscapes and food systems. I am interested in how microbes communicate with one another in a food ecosystem and how this may affect the aroma and flavour of food. Interactions between yeast and their insect partners and how this may be used for invasive pest control is another interest.
