Dr. Norman Liaw completed his PhD in experimental paediatric cardiology in 2013 from the University of Melbourne, and is currently undertaking postdoctoral research at the Institute of Pharmacology, University Medical Centre, Georg-August University Goettingen. His research interests include cardioprotection for patients with congenital heart diseases, and novel stem cell-derived modelling of such diseases to enable indirect human experimentation.
