DR Bradley Shrimpton

  • Bradley Shrimpton is currently an honorary fellow of the University of Melbourne and International Baccalaureate Organization Senior Research Manager based in Singapore. Prior to joining the IB, Bradley worked for 12 years as a lecturer and academic coordinator with the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, where he taught postgraduate subjects in program evaluation, qualitative and mixed methods research. While with UOM, Brad worked on a wide range of projects including the evaluation of community level and statewide programs. Examples of these projects include the evaluation of anti-bullying programs, youth-focused mental health education programs, domestic violence education programs, arts programs for young people at risk of early school cessation. In 2005 and 2007 Bradley received Australasian Evaluation Society awards for Excellence in Evaluation. Since working with the IB, Brad has designed and commissioned more than 30 impact studies of IB programes in countries including China, India, Hong Kong, United States, United Arab Emirates, Japan and Australia.
