Donna Lyon-Hensler is a film producer and lecturer in producing at The University of Melbourne, Faculty of Fine Arts and Music, Film and Television School. She is also undertaking her PhD - a practice led digital archive project, aimed at digitising, preserving and disseminating the audiovisual collection belonging to Australia's longest continuing film school. Prior to lecturing at The University, Donna worked as the Screen Production Coordinator at VCA Film and Television, where she oversaw the production of more than 150 short films each year. Recently Donna produced the micro-budget feature film, 'Disclosure' (in post production) and the short films 'The End of the Earth' (2014, St Kilda Film Festival) and The Fox (2015, San Diego International Kids Film Festival, Down Under Berlin). She was co-producer on Joe Cinque’s Consolation (Sotiris Dounoukos, 2015), based on the Helen Garner novel of the same name.
