  • Currently working half time as a Leiden Open Variation Database (LOVD) developer and the other half assisting with the Melbourne Genomics Health Alliance (MGHA) future state system design and development. My activities within LOVD include gathering requirements from participating laboratories, implementing those changes and integrating with exome analysis pipelines. This involves the use of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. My activities with the MGHA future state system includes participating in the selection process of future state software solutions, planning and implementing a pilot program to assess two potential curation tools, assessing potential analysis platforms, integration planning / implementation and various other tasks to support the MGHA project team. My personal interests include learning new technologies, science, photography, video production and programming.
