    Nicole Mead (PhD Social Psychology, Florida State University) is an Associate Professor of Marketing. Her research interests include the dynamics of self-control, the psychology of money, social influences on consumption, power and leadership, and ethical behavior. Prior to joining University of Melbourne, she was Associate Professor of Marketing Management (with tenure) at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Netherlands, where she won Professor of the Year two years in a row. She currently serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology and Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Consumer Research. Her research has been published in prestigious international outlets, such as Science, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and the Journal of Consumer Research.
