Ee-Ling Ng has experience working with farmers, community groups, researchers, government and donor agencies, in Southeast and East Asia, Europe and Australia. She has been involved in projects ranging from soil health, ecosystem services for poverty alleviation and knowledge management to plant pest and disease management, and sanitary and phytosanitary measures. Her research work in recent years focused on organic matter amendments for soil nutrients and carbon sequestration. Ee-Ling has special interest in the interplay of socioeconomics and behavioural insights to improve management of agricultural land for resilience to global change.
