DR Tegan Podubinski

  • Dr Tegan Podubinski graduated from Monash University with a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology in 2015. She is currently a Research Fellow in the Department of Rural Health (Rural Health Workforce research group). She is also a Psychology Board of Australia Registered Psychologist with General Registration and Clinical Endorsement. Her current research focus is on the rural mental health workforce, including issues related to recruitment and retention, awareness of mental health difficulties, access to mental health services and skill development across a range of rural health professionals. Dr Podubinski also has an interest in aggressive behaviour in mental health and educational settings, and has published a number of papers related to the assessment and management of aggressive behaviour in hospital psychiatry services.
