Our Research

The Diversity, Equity, and Neuro-inclusivity (DEN) Research Hub is dedicated to advancing our understanding of how organizations, marketplaces, and institutions can foster truly inclusive environments. While management and marketing research have traditionally relied on standardized models of productivity and consumption, there is a pressing need to examine the systemic barriers that marginalize underrepresented, vulnerable, and/or neurodivergent populations. Our researchers draw upon diverse theoretical lenses—including inclusive organizational behaviour, intersectionality, institutional inequality, and transformative consumer research—to challenge conventional paradigms. The DEN Hub serves as a collaborative platform for scholars to develop cross-disciplinary insights, driving evidence-based solutions that dismantle social hierarchies, promote equity, and champion neuro-inclusivity across business and society.
