Our Research

The Advanced Separation Technologies Group focuses on frontier research for solvent, ion exchange, crystallization and adsorption-based separation technologies. It aims to develop environmentally friendly approaches to improve the efficiency and sustainability of separation processes including the production of novel materials, process designs and advanced thermodynamic models to optimize systems. These innovations are applied widely, including into fields such as mining and resources, food and pharmaceuticals, energy and environmental industries.
