In Australia, schools closures were one of the most controversial elements of our COVID-19 restrictions.
Over the past couple of months, the majority of school students have stayed home getting their education remotely.
But as the some of our coronavirus restrictions begin winding back, students are making their way back to the classroom.
So, is it safe for them to go back to school? Has the disruption to their education damaged them? And what about the long-term impact on the mental health of children and young people?
The fourth episode of this six-part web series brings together an expert panel of University of Melbourne researchers and academics to review the latest data and answer your questions.
