Dr Hamed Olfat is a Senior Research Fellow and Team Leader in the Centre for SDIs and Land Administration (CSDILA), The University of Melbourne, who is responsible for coordinating the ePlan project in Victoria. Hamed has over sixteen years of involvement in many projects as a project manager, consultant or researcher with particular interest in 'Smart Land Administration', '3D Digital Cadastre', 'Spatial Data Infrastructure (SDI)', 'GIS', and 'Open Data Platforms'.
