Nicola Lautenschlager

 

Professor Lautenschlager is Professor of Psychiatry of Old Age and Director of the Academic Unit for Psychiatry of Old Age, Department of Psychiatry at The University of Melbourne, since 2008. She also holds the position of Deputy Head and Research Director of the Melbourne Medical School.

Since 2015 she is also Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist and Director of Research in the Aged Persons Mental Health Program of NorthWestern Mental Health, Melbourne Health. She has a special interest in dementia risk reduction and leads The University of Melbourne site of the NHMRC Centre of Excellence in Cognitive Health.
