Joachim Inkmann

 

Joachim Inkmann is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Finance at the University of Melbourne. His research focuses on household finance.

His work has been published in leading academic journals including the Review of Financial Studies and the Journal of Econometrics. Joachim is a Fellow of the Network for Studies on Pensions, Aging and Retirement (Netspar). He has previously held academic positions at Tilburg University and the London School of Economics. After graduating with a doctoral degree in economics from the University of Konstanz, he worked as an investment consultant for defined benefit pension plans before returning to academia.
