I’m a freshwater ecologist currently employed as a research fellow within the School of Ecosystem and Forest Sciences at the The University of Melbourne. I am a member of the Waterway Ecosystem Research Group, which aims to develop tools for achieving healthy streams and rivers in urban and rural landscapes.I am currently working on the ‘Little Stringybark Creek Project’ which seeks to restore the structure and function of an urban stream (Little Stringybark Creek) through the application of catchment scale stormwater control measures which seek to infiltrate and harvest stormwater runoff.See below for more detail:www.urbanstreams.net/lscwww.samanthaimberger.com
