Kenneth Doig

 

Dr Kenneth Doig is a senior clinical bioinformatician leading a team of researchers and software engineers who build clinical systems for molecular diagnostics. His team created and continues to develop PathOS – a system that takes patient DNA data for filtering and analysis to generate clinical diagnostic reports.

PathOS has established itself as a critical system within the hospital for patient care. His career spans 30 years experience in the IT&T industry covering a wide range of technical development and project roles and specialising in data analysis and data presentation in technical environments. He also has ten years experience in research bioinformatics including comparative microbial genomics, cancer mutations and clinical sequencing.
