Juan Sotes-Paladino joined the Department of Finance as Senior Lecturer in August of 2012. His research focuses on the effects of implicit and explicit incentives on the portfolio allocation and performance of money managers under different market frictions.
Prior to pursuing his doctoral degree, Juan worked as economic consultant in the private sector in Argentina and as a senior research analyst at the Central Bank of Argentina for over six years.
