Dr Amarasinghe is a bioinformatics research scientist from Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. She completed her PhD in Bioinformatics with the Department of Mechanical Engineering, The University of Melbourne in 2016.
Kaushalya's research interests are in developing machine learning models to analyse various types of data sets from cancer patients.
