Barnaby Nelson

 

Professor Barnaby Nelson is Head of Ultra High Risk for Psychosis Research at The Centre for Youth Mental Health, The University of Melbourne. He is a clinical psychologist with particular interest in psychotic disorders.

Professor Nelson's work focuses on early identification strategies and prediction of outcome and treatments for young people in the early stages of psychotic disorders. He has a particular interest in psychopathology and phenomenology; psychotherapy for psychotic disorders; and integrating neuroscience with phenomenology and clinical characteristics.
