Nicole is a public health practitioner with over fifteen years’ experience working in project management and behaviour change for various local, international and inter-governmental organisations in the Asia-Pacific region. Based in South East Asia for nearly six years, Nicole managed campaigns, events and projects related to family planning, maternal, newborn and child health, nutrition and food safety, HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis.

She also has experience in the fields of oral health and ageing, and targeting marginalised/at-risk population groups. She currently focusses her research attention on disability, community health and mental health in India. A passionate linguist, Nicole has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cross-cultural sensitivity, applying these to international collaboration for research planning, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, capacity development and event management.
