Jane Oliver

 

Dr Oliver is an infectious disease epidemiologist and public health researcher. She works as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and coordinator on the Beating Buruli in Victoria project, based at the University of Melbourne.

She also works at Murdoch Children's Research Institute investigating streptococcal infections and rheumatic heart disease in Australia. Dr Oliver is also an Investigator on two University of Otago studies - the GAS Pharyngitis & Skin Infection Study and the Rheumatic Fever Cost-Effectiveness Study. She has expertise in supervising student research, writing and assessing grant applications, and producing scientific articles for publication in major scientific journals.
