Terry Bowles has a background in practice and leadership in school, educational and developmental psychological and clinical psychological practice and research. Terry currently works at the University of Melbourne, training Educational and Developmental Psychologists and Research Higher Degree Coordinator.
His university research programs generally focus on clinical and normal functioning on topics of motivation, relationships, communication and achievement. Recently, this has included change management, adaptive functioning, equity and affect responses, talent and talent development. He has also been designing and developing selection tools and processes for defining suitability for entry to university programs.
