Abstract
We propose using population datasets from Australia, Scotland and Sweden to look at pregnancy and childhood educational outcomes associated with the use of novel medications in early pregnancy, following IVF conception. The medications of interest lack sufficient safety data in the setting of early pregnancy but continue to be prescribed in the hope of improving pregnancy outcomes. We plan to establish the safety of these medications and their impact on maternal and childhood outcomes.
