Robustness of adaptive observers for time varying systems

Abstract
We study the properties of two adaptive observers/identifiers, initially proposed for linear time-invariant systems, respectively by Kreisselmeier and Luders-Narendra, when the parameters are allowed to vary. We show the connections between these two observers, and derive upper bounds for the asymptotic tracking errors.
