Abstract

We report three patients with primary extracerebral neuroblastoma and central nervous system (CNS) relapse. As the survival of children with metastatic neuroblastoma improves with recent advances in treatment, CNS involvement becomes more frequently detected. MR imaging of the brain and spine are strongly indicated in the follow-up of patients with increased risk of developing CNS disease. © Georg Thieme Verlag KG Stuttgart.
