Neural networks for limited channel rearrangement in cellular mobile communication systems

Abstract

This paper proposes a feedforward artificial neural network solution to the channel assignment problem in cellular mobile communication systems. Specifically, the papers proposed approach of limited channel rearrangement is shown to equal the performance of the conventional algorithm with the advantage of being able to be implemented as a real time solution.
