Abstract
Calculations of geometric probability factors indicate that steric effects are important in determining whether the cyclization of β-substituted diallylmethylammonium ions results in five- or six-memberedrings. Evidence is obtained of the direction of intramolecular attack. © 1976 CSIRO.
