Abstract

Gabbro at The Crescent, New England, gives an apatite fission track age consistent with K-Ar ages of basalts on the Dorrigo Plateau, supporting the hypothesis of a Miocene shield volcano centred on The Crescent intrusive complex. © Taylor & Francis Ltd.
