Abstract
Employment trends in the recent decades indicate that there has been a shift in workplace requirements, thus signifying a need in education and training to prepare individuals with more non-routine analytical and interpersonal skills for the 21st century workforce. As a response to rising demands new methods and techniques have been developed on how to teach and scaffold these skills among individuals. Games have emerged as an avenue to measure such complex skills.
