Abstract
The authors report a 20 year old woman with a retinal arterio-venous malformation (AVM) in which cerebral AVM was excluded by selective carotid and vertebral angiography. The retinal AVM had morphological and functional characteristics consistent with the retinal AVM seen as part of the syndrome of Wyburn-Mason and appeared to belong to Group II of Archer's classification.
