Dam inflow data for this study are available from Hydro Tasmania and the inflow reconstruction can be obtained from the corresponding author. Tree-ring data used in this reconstruction are archived at the International Tree Ring Data Bank (ITRDB: www.ncdc.noaa.gov). We thank Amy Hessl, Holly Faulstich, Rohan Simkin, and Jason Rijnbeek for assistance in the field. Mark Willis, Hydro Tasmania, provided descriptive data about the catchments used in this study.
