Abstract
Endobronchial metastases from extrapulmonary malignancies are uncommon. A patient presenting with distal tracheal endobronchial colorectal metastasis is reported. Colorectal carcinoma is the third commonest extrapulmonary primary site of origin of extrapulmonary endobronchial metastases. Computerized tomography of chest has a high sensitivity and correlates well with bronchoscopic findings. Numerous treatment options are effective for symptom control and multimodality therapy may improve disease-free survival. © 2008 Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, Inc.
