Abstract
This study confirms the increase of HLA-B13, Bw16, and Bw17 in psoriasis and the association of B27 with spinal involvement. The authors were, however, unable to differentiate patients with uncomplicated psoriasis from those with psoriatic arthritis by HLA typing.
