This work was performed as part of the activities of the Belgian Bioelectromagnetics Group (BBEMG). Although it is partly sponsored by ELIA (Belgium's electricity transmission system operator), the research is performed with respect to the ethical code for scientific research in Belgium. The research agreement with ELIA also clearly states that the researchers should at any time benefit from complete scientific freedom and that they are totally responsible for the results of their research. We therefore declare that there is no conflict of interest.
