Fractal carbon trees on polymer and metal substrates in TEM observation

Abstract

Evidences of fractal carbon trees on the surfaces of polymers and metals are presented using TEM observations. A microphotograph of irregular particulates on the surface edge of a metal specimen is also shown. The carbon trees on the polymer material were exposed to common electron bombardment to determine irregular particles.
