Fabrication of polyaniline/phthalocyanine hybrid ultrathin films via electrostatic attraction and doping reaction

Abstract
Electrostatic attraction and doping reaction were used for fabrication of polyaniline/phthalocyanine hybrid ultrathin films. Ultrathin films of polyaniline were prepared based on the doping reaction of polyaniline base and polymeric acids. Infrared absorption spectroscopy was used to confirm the structure of polymeric phthalocyanine bearing carboxylic acid group. Immersing an ionized surface into polycation and phthalocyanine anion solution also resulted in multilayered phthalocyanine films.
