Wenckebach Block in the Distal Conduction System

Abstract
Summary: Two patients presented with dizziness or syncope and electrocardiographic evidence of intraventricular and/or atrioventricular conduction abnormalities. Both had prolonged HV intervals at rest indicating trifascicular disease. Wenckebach block in the bundle branch system was present in one patient at rest and in the other during atrial pacing.
