Abstract
The product of methylation of 4-benzamido-1, 2-dithiole-3-thione has been shown to be methyl 5-methylthio-2-phenyloxazole-4-carboditloate (Ib) rather than 4-bis(methylthio)-methylene-2-phenyl-2-oxazoline5-thione (Ia) as previously reported. © 1966 CSIRO. All rights reserved.
