Abstract
The Composers Circle is an ensemble devised by Andrea Keller as part of her ongoing Monday night residency at the Jazzlab, Melbourne. The ensemble features leading composers/performer/improvisers based in Melbourne, Australia. They perform original compositions and improvisations by all members of the ensemble. The ensemble features Angela Davis (alto saxophone), Carl Mackey (tenor saxophone), James Macaulay (trombone), Andrea Keller (piano), Sam Anning (double bass) and James McLean (drums).
