Double Writing: Teaching Chinese and Western Thinking in Australia

Abstract

Through a case study of a course called Chinese and Western Thinking offered at a leading Australian University, this paper argues for an approach to international education coined 'double writing', which is essentially a reflexive inquiry in Bourdieu’s sense of the term.
