Abstract

For original paper see Pulford and Evans (IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, vol.34, no.4, p.1165-83, 1998). The present paper replies to a comment by Liu et al. (IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, vol.41, no.3, p.1147-8, 2005). The corrections to the Jacobian matrix elements of the transformation from the ground to radar coordinates are discussed.
