Abstract

The end of the gas bubble is in sight. The collapse of new gas prices is now bottoming out. Soon, new gas prices will begin to rise, accelerating in late 1984 as economic recovery picks up momentum. By mid-1985, real gas prices for production from new wells will be 28% above the bottom of the 1984 trough.
