Abstract
Obstruction of a transplanted kidney may occur during pregnancy and necessitate early cesarean section, with considerable risk to the immature fetus. We report a case where percutaneous catheter nephrostomy relieved the obstruction and allowed the pregnancy to progress until the fetus was mature. © 1985.
