Abstract

Two patients who had received renal transplants developed dilatation of the pelvicalyceal system during the course of their pregnancies. In one patient this was associated with gross deterioration of renal function, and was treated by the percutaneous insertion of a pigtail nephrostomy tube under ultrasound control. © 1985 Informa UK Ltd All rights reserved: reproduction in whole or part not permitted.
