Abstract
It seems to me that one of the big challenges for creativity-focused work is to grapple with actually defining what we mean by creativity - which we all know is a slippery topic. I'll just put it right out there and say that my preferred definition of creativity, stemming from Sternberg and Lubart (1995), is the process of generating ideas that are novel and bringing into existence a product that is appropriate and of high quality.
